Payments and Fees:

All payments and fees for this Patreon are handled through the Patreon website. Payments are charged on a monthly basis and will be automatically charged to the payment method that you have on file. You will be charged immediately upon signing up as a patron, and then on the first day of each subsequent month thereafter.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the 3D models and prints created by the creator of this Patreon remain with the creator. As a patron, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, license to use the digital files for personal use. While you can crop and resize, you may not modify the files to create new content or share them anywhere with anyone.

All points apply for the ‘Vishnu Tier’ as well with the exception that they have the ability to sell 3D prints of our models, as long as they remain subscribed.

Rights for casting, molding or any other mass manufacturing of mgoi models is not included. Any other usage like in films/animations is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the creator.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

The creator of this Patreon reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted to the Patreon page and will become effective immediately.

Termination:

The creator of this Patreon reserves the right to terminate the patronage of any patron who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the creator or other patrons.
